ONLINE BOOKINGS

You can reserve accommodation and holiday packages ONLINE

Reservations can only be made by adults.

Family reservations: all 0-12 year olds are considered children. In reservations made for a family, there can be a maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of 4 children. If it is a larger family or in addition to adults, the family has children over 13 years old (when the reservation is made for a family with more than two people over 12 years old), you should contact the hotel.

All successful reservations are confirmed by email. We ask you to check the the booking confirmation and should keep it in case of possible problems and errors. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact the hotel's sales service myynti@rauhalahti.fi, tel. +358-4060830.

PAYMENT

Dependinfg on the rate the reservation is paid either in the hotel reception (check-in) or in advance during the booking phase.

Payment in advance: when sending the reservation request, the booker agrees that the value of the reservation will be debited in full from his account/credit card. Payment is made either by credit card (VISA, Master Card, Amex) or via online banking.
Bank online payments: Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-pankki, Aktia, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, omaop or MobilePay.

CANCELLATION

The reservation can be cancelled by going to your profile in the reservation shop cart using the client's password or the Ref number of the reservation. The client will receive the confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail. The confirmation message also goes to the hotel, and if the cancellation is made against the cancellation conditions, the hotel will contact you for further measures.

Cancellation free of charge: if the price includes the right of cancellation, the room reservation can be cancelled by 6 pm on the day before arrival at the latest.
If the cancellation is made later, we will charge the room rate for one day and a cancellation fee of 10 euros. The payment is returned to the account indicated by the client.

Force Majeur: if the reason for the cancellatio of the reservation is illness, serious accident or death of the person who made the reservation or someone living in the same household, all payments received will be returned, except for the cancellation fee of 10 euros.
Upon request, a reliable certificate of the reason for the cancellation must be provided.

If the client does not arrive at the hotel, the hotel has the right to charge the daily price and an office fee of 10 euros.

ONLINE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

MAKING A RESERVATION

When making a reservation, the online shop creates you a profile. You can use the reservation form to create his own password. If you forget your password, you can order a link to generate a new password in the system.
If no password is set, the reservation's Ref.N - which can be seen in the shopping cart as soon as the reservation is added - serves as the password. In the profile, you can see all future reservations at Spa Hotel Rauhalahti (also reservations in Lohja Spa Resort, Spa Hotel Rauhalahti's siser hotel in Lohja, southern Finland), all reservation history, and you can cancell reservations (see section cancellations).

The reservation is made by selecting the arrival and departure date from the calendar, the number of adults (over 12 years old) and the number of children in family reservations, look the section "family pricing".
The reservation system shows the available room types (hotel rooms, apartments, studios). You can get more detailed room descriptions and pictures of available rooms by clicking on "more information about the room". More detailed information about the hotel can be found by clicking on "more information about the hotel".

There is a shopping cart in the online shop, where the room reservation goes by clicking the BOOK button. If you want to book more than one room, please move the rooms one at a time to the shopping cart.
If the online shop cannot offer a room, please check the latest booking situation at the hotel.

The contact information of the client is filled in on the booking form. If you have previously logged in, the contact information has been automatically filled in according to the information you provided. If you need to change the information, you can make a new reservation using the reservation form or by going to your profile. If there are children, their ages are needed to fill in the reservation form. The room is available no earlier than 16:00 on the day of arrival, handover by 12:00 on the day of departure. The names of all accommodateds, the estimated arrival time and other wishes are recorded in their own information box. Please note that wishes will be fulfilled taking into account the hotel's booking status.

After filling out the form, you must familiarize yourself with and accept the reservation and cancellation instructions. After this, the booking shop displays a summary of the booking. If there are any errors, you can go back to the beginning of the reservation from the bottom of the page.

In case the reservation must be paid immediately, the payment method is selected after the summary. If the reservation is paid upon arrival at the hotel,  you will get the summary of your reservation, the reservation is complete and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you use an e-mail address ending in gmail.com, you should check whether the confirmation has gone to spam.

Family pricing

Everyone aged 0-12 is considered a child, all persons over 12 years old have adult pricing. When booking for a family, there can be a maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of 4 children. If the family is larger that this or the family has more than 3 persons over 12 years old, you should contact the hotel.

Bed & breakfast -rates
In the family prices (bed & breakfast & spa & gym) there can be a maximum of 2 adults (over 12 years old) and children aged 0-12 years. If the child is under 4 years old, and the child does not need own bed/linen on behalf of the hotel, the child will not be marked in the reservation to the number of children. The child is in this case free of charge. If this child needs a baby cot, the child should be marked in the number of children and mention the need for a cot in the comment field.

Half-board holidays
In the halfboard packages (breakfast & dinner & spa & gym) children under 4 years are free of charge, and they should not be in marked in the number of children in the reservation. Nevertheless, they will be given their own bed. If this bed must be a baby cot, it must be mentioned in the comment field.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

All successful reservations are confirmed by e-mail, which states the reservation number, the price, the contents of the package, any additional services and the final amount of the invoice. The customer is obliged to check the information in the booking confirmation.
In order to receive a booking confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The client commits to the delivery conditions in force with each reservation. If you do not receive a booking confirmation by e-mail after an online store purchase, you should check whether it has gone to spam or contact the sales service immediately, who can send a new booking confirmation.


CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The agreement for the hotel room reservation is binding on both parties. If either party breaks the contract, he is obliged to pay compensation to the other party.

The payment is returned to the account indicated by the customer.
