ACCESSIBILITY: There is a step-free access to the lobby of the spa hotel from the hotel yard. Two disabled parking spaces in front of the hotel. The spa hotel has 2 rooms for disabled and an elevator, the studio hotel has 5 disabled rooms and disabled parking spaces. Barrier-free access to restaurants, spa, treatment and meeting facilities. There is a toilet for disabled in the hotel's lobby and spa.
ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION FOR MINORS: A room reservation can only be made by a person over 18 years of age. The person booking a room for a minor is responsible for the minor, regardless of whether he stays in the same room or not. Parents' consent via e-mail or otherwise in writing is required for overnight stays. The age limit for a minor to stay alone is at least 16 years.
ATM: The nearest ATM is at Shell station, 2 km from the hotel. Kolmisoppi shopping center also has a vending machine, 2.6 km from the hotel.
CARAVAN ELECTRICAL SPOT €25. €23 for SF-Carava members.
The pole has a CEE plug (an adapter is needed for a different type of plug).
A total of 4 caravan spaces at the edge of the parking lot. A visit to the spa for those who have paid for a caravan spot against a receipt 15 € / 7 €.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 4 p.m., and check out no later than 12 noon. Additional time on the day of departure € 10/hour if the booking situation allows
CHILDREN: The hotel has a playroom and a playground. The spa has children's pools and a water slide. Games and leisure equipment are available to borrow, in winter sticks and slides. During the summer, there is an animal park in the tourist center next to the hotel. Plenty of holiday programs for families with children during the school holidays.
CONNECTION TO/FROM THE CITY: There is a local bus stop in the hotel yard, from where you can take a bus to the center of Kuopio with bus no. 7 (a couple of times an hour). The bus stops at the market square, opposite the town hall. The bus leaves from Tulliportinkatu 33 back to Rauhalahti.
ELECTRIC CARS CHARGING: There are charging stations for electric cars in the parking lot of the studio hotel. It's easy to use: download the eParking application to your phone and choose the right charging point. You can check the download prices in the application, the minimum charge for a new user is €5. Parking at the charging point only during charging.
ELEVATOR: The spa hotel has an elevator. The building has 4 floors.
FOUND GOODS: Ask at the reception.
FRIDGE: Hotel rooms have minibars, but they do not have products. They can be used as a refrigerator. The apartment hotel and studios have refrigerators. Refreshments and juices can be bought at the kiosk at the reception and at the cafe in the spa.

IRONING:
Hotel: some of the hotel rooms and suites have ironing facilities as fixed equipment. In addition, ironing equipment can be borrowed from the hotel reception. You can also iron in the luggage room.
Apartment hotel: irons, ironing boards available in the apartments.
Studio hotel: irons and ironing boards in the studios.
KIOSKS are located at the reception of the hotel and the spa. There you can buy sweets, drinks, magazines, souvenirs, hygiene products, etc.
LAUNDRY: Washing machine and dryer for customer use are in the 1st floor of spa hotel, €5 per wash. Key and additional information at reception.
LUGGAGE: Free luggage storage space near the hotel reception.
MEALS: We offer buffet meals as well as à la carte dishes. Scanburger is at the spa. For larger groups we recommend to reserve a table, contact the sales service at 030 608 30. Breakfast can also be ordered in the room of the main hotel, price €31/person (incl. room delivery fee), to be booked no later than the day before. Available from 9:30 to 11:00.
NATURE TRAIL: The area has the Katiskaniemi nature reserve and a 2.5 km nature trail. Good opportunities for outdoor activities throughout the year.
PARKING: There is a large, free parking lot in Rauhalahti. The apartment hotel and studio hotel also have their own free parking spaces. There are heating plugs in the parking lot, charge €5/time, key from the reception. Charging points for electric cars (eParking application) are in the parking lot of the studio hotel.
PETS: You can bring pets to the hotel, the apartment hotel and the spa hotel have pet rooms. Additional fee 15 €/day (max. 50 €/stay).
RECEPTION: The hotel reception is open 24/7.
