Looking for a boost of energy and good vibes in your everyday life? This fun-filled holiday is perfect for you if you enjoy light exercise, laughter and relaxed time together.

During the daytime, the programme includes easy and accessible activities suitable for everyone, light exercise and playful competitions in good company. In the evenings, you can also take part in optional experiences available for an additional fee.

Daytime programme (included in the price):

Water exercise, group games, a nature trail walk and forest bathing, morning exercise sessions, body care and home workout tips, short talks on wellbeing, exercise and nutrition, and TOIMIVA functional fitness tests.

Evening programme (optional, for an additional fee):

• traditional Finnish evening at atmospheric Jätkänkämppä, including a smoke sauna and the possibility of ice swimming.
• Karaoke (additional charge only during Wednesday dance evenings).
• Live dance music with orchestras on Wednesdays (from 17 January onwards).

The holidays are organised from Monday to Thursday on the following weeks: weeks 3, 7, 11, 16, 19 and 21.

The price includes accommodation for three nights (Mon–Thu), daily breakfast, hotel dinners, guided holiday programme, a holiday information session on Monday, and free use of the spa and gym daily from 9:00 to 20:00.

Optional extras

Reservations must be made no later than two weeks before arrival, but availability can also be checked closer to the date.

Please note: there is no age limit – the only requirement is a desire for good mood, activity and a refreshing break from everyday life.
