ou can make the reservation ONLINE only for one or two persons. But the rate for a child is possible to pay in the hotel reception in check-in.If you have a child with you, please write her/his name to the list "guest names".

Internet reservation terms
All ONLINE accommodation reservations include breakfast, free use of spa and gym and daily holiday programme (Mon-Sat). There are some package -prices that include also halfboard.
It is possible to book rooms / apartments on the internet at the earliest for the next day and then for 180 days onwards. A maximum of 4 rooms for 8 people may be booked. The total sum of the reservation will be debited from the customer’s credit card at the time of booking.
Family bookings: For families with more than 2 children, reservations for the extra children and payment should be made directly with the hotel.
If rooms cannot be found on the internet reservation system for your chosen dates, then please check directly with the hotel for the most up to date situation.
Arrival and departure
Rooms/ apartments are available from 15.00 onwards on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12.00 on the day of departure.

Guests should arrive at the latest by 23.00.
Method of payment
Payment is to be made in advance at the time of booking by credit card (Visa, Master Card).
Cancellations / changes to reservations
For cancellations or changes to reservations please contact the hotel directly.
Room reservations may be cancelled up to 18.00 on the day before arrival with only the loss of a service charge (6 €). Rooms cancelled after this have to be paid for in full. Reservations for a few nights should be cancelled at the latest 2 weeks before arrival, after this 50% of the total price of the package has to be paid.
If a guest does not arrive at the hotel and has not cancelled the room, then the hotel reserves the right to charge for the price of the room.
