Make room reservation - in order to get the reservation valid, the payment has to be made in advance at the time of booking!

Internet reservation terms
It is possible to book rooms on the internet at the earliest for the next day and then for 180 days onwards. A maximum of 4 rooms for 8 people may be booked. The total sum of the reservation will be debited from the customer's credit card at the time of booking. Only the paid reservation is valid.
If rooms cannot be found on the internet reservation system for your chosen dates, then please check directly with the hotel for the most up to date situation.
Arrival and departure
Rooms/ apartments are available from 15.00 onwards on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12.00 on the day of departure.
Arrival
Guests should arrive at the latest by 23.00.
Method of payment
Payment is to be made in advance at the time of booking by credit card (Visa, Master Card). The reservation is confirmed when its has been paid!
Cancellations / changes to reservations
For cancellations or changes to reservations please contact the hotel directly.
Room reservations may be cancelled up to 18.00 on the day before arrival and the payment will be returned by decreasing the delivery fee of 7 €. Rooms cancelled after this have to be paid for in full. Reservations for a few nights should be cancelled at the latest 2 weeks before arrival, after this 50% of the total price of the package has to be paid.
If a guest does not arrive at the hotel and has not cancelled the room, then the hotel reserves the right to keep the full payment.
