The standard equipment available free of charge in the purpose-made conference rooms (Auditorium, Pihkova, Minneapolis and Jönköping) includes an overhead projector, a projecting screen, a flip board, a DVD/VHS player, a PC computer, a data projector and fast Internet access. The same equipment can be arranged in other rooms on request.

A conference room is available free of charge to conference delegates staying at the hotel. Teamwork rooms and additional rooms by agreement.
The conference service charge for non-resident conference delegates is €5.50 per person, in the evenings (after 6 pm) €4 per person.
